Brian Jobe has been a respected trial attorney in North Texas since 1988. His courtroom wins include an $8.2 million judgment for a plaintiff client, as well as a "no liability" judgment for a defense client facing claims of more than $1 million. More recently, Mr. Jobe and Mr. Wimer successfully defended one of their corporate clients against class action claims totaling more than $1 billion.
Mr. Jobe attended Southern Methodist University on a music scholarship, graduating cum laude in 1985. He then received his legal training at the Texas Tech University School of Law, where he was a published author and served as an editor of the Law Review. After three years with the blue-chip firm of Gardere & Wynne, Mr. Jobe co-founded Wimer & Jobe with Michael G. Wimer, who is now "of counsel" to the firm. In addition to the career highlights above, Mr. Jobe has been honored by his peers and D Magazine as one of the best trial attorneys in Dallas.
